By making a booking, you are accepting terms and conditions of this agreement.
if you are making a booking on behalf of others, you will also be taking on the responsibility, that the other members of your group have read and agreed to the booking conditions.
1. ASIC does not insure its clients (whether for medical or rescue costs, against cancellation losses, against the client’s own liability to third parties, or any other type of insurance) Skiing like many sports has an element of risk. Please ensure you have suitable insurance cover, in respect of medical and rescue costs, cancellation and liability to third parties. If booking an All Mountain or Off piste lesson - Please make sure your policy covers Off Piste skiing.
2. An initial reservation fee of 50% of the cost of the booking, is expected to confirm your booking. An invoice will be sent to you via email.
This will be a bank transfer to my French business bank account. The rest should be
paid before the start of instruction, either by cash or bank transfer.
3. ASIC will contact you at around 7pm, the evening before the date of the lesson,
on the number given during the booking process. To arrange the meeting time and place.
4. No refund will be given in the event of lift closure, adverse weather conditions and poor snow conditions. However if possible the lesson will be rescheduled during the week and I will try my best to find a solution.
5. If you need / want to cancel all or part of your lessons, this must be done by email.
8 weeks before the lesson- Full Refund
Within 1 - 4 weeks loss of 50%
Within 0 - 1 week loss of 100%
6. Should Clients not show up for a lesson booked, due to ill health, injury or any other valid reason, no refund will be given.
You, the client are responsible for:
Observing instructions given by ASIC whilst on the mountain
Informing me of any changes to contact details
Ensuring you are physically fit enough to undertake your skiing lessons. and your equipment is in good working order.
A specially designed skiing backpack containing ,transceiver, shovel and probe is mandatory for off piste skiing with ASIC. Arrangements for this will be made at the booking stage if you do not own this set up.
